Refund Window: Test Maestro offers a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for all eligible refund requests.
Incomplete Courses: Refunds are available for courses and programs that have not been completed or accessed within the first three (3) days from the date of purchase.

If the request is eligible and approved, the refund will be processed within  business days via the original payment method.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
